Minot was founded in 2020 with the intention to create a clean alternative for those who wish to rid their home of toxin-filled flames. What came was a sustainably sourced, clean-burning line of candles inspired by--and in honor of--nature. Minot is female owned and operated, based in a coastal community on the South Shore of Massachusetts.

STRIVE Fitness and Performance offers a variety of fitness classes to meet the goals and fulfill the needs of all ages. The yoga studio is outfitted with infrared heat lamps that provide a clean, dry heat that has been known to have health benefits. STRIVE's Studio offers Hot Vinyasa, Hot Restorative, Hot Hybrid, and Warm Vinyasa classes. For youth, there are classes for 3 divided age groups 3-18, and those 13 and older can participate in adult classes. STRIVE prides itself on being a space welcome to families and believes in supporting the local community.
